The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in the state of California he was 55 years old.

The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company which he helped establish.

The influential industry figure passed away following his car crashed and burst into flames on a motorway in LA on Sunday morning, according to.
